Troy Fredheim Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship fund for an Engineering Technology student was created in Troy’s memory by his loving family.

Troy was a unique and brilliant creative who made an impact on all those whose lives he touched. He was involved in robotics competitions, riding unicycles and performing magic. These were just a part of Troy’s multi-faceted endeavors in his early life. He was most passionate about helping others. Troy was a dual enrolled student while a senior at Merritt Island High School. That same year, Troy and Dr Erin Baird embarked on creating the Rotaract Club at EFSC. Troy became the first president, created its web page and, as a leader, was involved in multiple community service projects for the City of Cocoa with Mayor Blake.

Today, Troy has been honored with a beautiful tree in the park in Cocoa Village. We hope you will visit.
