The Future Automotive Technician's Scholarship
This scholarship will offer the successful candidate $750 for one academic year (Fall 2018 and Spring 2019) toward tuition, textbooks, lab fees, or tools ($375 per semester) at Eastern Florida State College.
The recipient must:
- be a current EFSC Automotive Technology student in the 1st year of training or a graduating Brevard County high school automotive student who is applying for entry into the 2nd year of EFSC Automotive Service Technology Program
- be enrolled full-time (12 credit hours or more)
- pursuing a career in the automotive service field and a certificate in Automotive Service Technology
- have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA, which is based on ONLY automotive coursework
- write a thank you letter to the donor after notification of the award (detailed instructions will be provided to scholarship recipients at a future date)
